60-Night Sleep Trial:
Your initial purchase of any regularly priced bedding item is covered by our 60-Night Sleep Trial, entitling you to complimentary returns or exchanges. We encourage you to experience and launder your bedding as you normally would for a full 60 nights. Should you find yourself less than completely satisfied, a full refund is available. Standard Returns and Exchanges:
Items not included within the 60-Night Sleep Trial are eligible for exchange or return for store credit or refund, provided they are unused and unwashed, within 30 days of the delivery date. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and returns for refunds are subject to a 10-dollar processing fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount. Returns initiated between 30 and 60 days from the delivery date will be processed for store credit only.
Final Sale Items:
Final sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless they are faulty or defective.
