60-Night Sleep Trial 

Your initial purchase of any regularly priced bedding item is covered by our generous 60-Night Sleep Trial, offering complimentary returns or exchanges. We invite you to enjoy and care for your bedding as you normally would over a full 60 nights. If, for any reason, you find yourself less than completely satisfied, you may return the item for a full refund—no questions asked. Standard Returns and Exchanges 

Items not eligible for the Sleep Trial can be returned or exchanged for store credit or a refund, provided they are unused and unwashed, within 30 days of delivery. Kindly note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and a $10 processing fee will be deducted from refund amounts. Returns initiated between 30 and 60 days from delivery will be accepted for store credit only.

Final Sale Items 

We understand that final sale items are offered at special pricing and therefore come with specific return guidelines. While these items are typically not eligible for returns or exchanges, we stand firmly behind the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Should you discover any manufacturing defects or faults with a final sale item, please rest assured that we will work diligently with you to resolve the issue promptly and to your complete satisfaction.

Third-Party Purchases

For items purchased through third-party stocklists, retailers, or websites, we kindly ask that you contact the respective seller directly for any return or exchange requests, as they manage their policies and processes. This will ensure you receive the most accurate and efficient support tailored to your purchase.
