Your first purchase of any regularly priced bedding items is covered under the 60 night Sleep Trial and is eligible for free returns or exchanges. Enjoy and wash your bedding as usual for a full 60 nights and if you are not completely satisfied, you will be able to return it for a full refund. Items that are not covered under our 60 Night Sleep Trial can be exchanged or returned for store credit or refund within 30 days of your delivery date if unused and unwashed. Shipping fees are non-refundable and returns for refunds are subject to a $10 processing fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

Returns initiated between 30 and 60 days from your delivery date will only be eligible for store credit. 

Final sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless faulty or defective.
