• Not included: final sale items and non-bedding items.

What You Can Do

• Within 100 days of delivery, you may return trial-eligible bedding for a Refund, Exchange, or Store credit.
• Items may be used and washed during the trial.

Fees

• With Free Returns & Shipping Protection: No fees.
• Without protection: Only the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund or store credit.
• International orders: Customer pays for the return shipping cost & no restocking fee. 
• All exchanges: No fees.

Fair use and returns abuse

To keep the Sleep Trial fair for everyone, it is limited to one per customer. We may decline a return, limit future returns, or decline future orders if we see excessive returns or misuse of our return policy. This includes repeated trial returns using different names, emails or addresses, items returned damaged, incomplete or different from what we sent, and items not purchased from ettitude.com.au. If this applies to you, we will contact you for information.
