When will my order arrive?Updated a month ago

Fulfillment: Orders placed with standard delivery will be processed and dispatched for delivery within 1-2 business days. All expedited orders will be processed and dispatched within the same day if placed before 12pm Eastern Time and the next day if placed after 12pm Eastern Time. 

Standard Shipping: Our current delivery time to metro areas is 3-5 business days. For non-Metro areas, it may take 5-7 business days. International orders shipping time may vary.

Expedited Shipping: Express Post will be dispatched on the next business day when possible, excluding weekends and public holidays. We recommend standard shipping whenever possible for the least environmental impact.   

International Shipping: International delivery can take 10-20 business days to deliver, depending on local post office or courier service. Please note that these are general guidelines and may vary depending on factors such as customs clearance processes, local holidays, and unforeseen circumstances. Also, local taxes and customs duties are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

Shipping times indicated above are approximations. While every effort is made to deliver your order as soon as possible, shipping times are not guaranteed.

Any delivery disputes should be reported within 30 days of the delivery date. Any disputes after 30 days and up to 90 days will only be resolved as a reshipment or store credit.
