At ettitude, we understand that timely delivery is essential to your shopping experience. We are committed to processing and shipping your order efficiently while keeping you informed every step of the way. Below, please find detailed information regarding fulfilment and shipping timelines for both domestic and international orders.

Order Fulfilment

  • Standard Delivery: Orders are carefully processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days.
  • Expedited Delivery: Orders placed before noon Eastern Time are processed and dispatched the same business day. Orders received after this cutoff will be handled and shipped by our warehouse the following business day.

Expedited Shipping (Express Post)

Orders are dispatched on the next business day, excluding weekends and public holidays, whenever possible. We encourage the use of Standard Shipping when feasible to support our shared commitment to minimising environmental impact.

International Shipping

International deliveries typically take 10 to 20 business days, depending on your location and the performance of local postal and courier services. Please be advised that these timelines are estimates and can be influenced by customs processing, local holidays, and unforeseen logistical challenges.

Customers are responsible for any applicable local taxes and customs duties; we recommend contacting your local customs office for further details.

Important Shipping Information

Kindly report any delivery discrepancies that have not had any tracking activity in 21 days from the date of delivery. They can be considered missing/lost in transit, and we will resolve disputes reported between 30 and 90 days through reshipment or store credit only.
