Login to your Comfort Collective account. Add your items to cart. Continue to checkout. In your order summary at checkout, select the amount of points you would like to redeem from the dropdown menu.

If you’ve completed a task to earn points, but they are not reflected in your points balance or rewards history, please reach out to [email protected] with your Comfort Collective account email address and all details regarding the missing points.
When returning items, points that were earned from that purchase will be deducted from your Comfort Collective account. If you redeemed any points with that purchase, they will be returned to your account.
